Dane osobowe podane przez Użytkownika będą przetwarzane w celu obsługi żądania lub udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie przesłane za pośrednictwem formularza kontaktowego – podstawą prawną przetwarzania będzie prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO), prawnie uzasadnionym interesem Administratora jest umożliwienie obsługi żądań oraz udzielania odpowiedzi na pytania zadawane przez osoby zainteresowane usługami lub produktami Administratora.
Administrator przetwarza też dane osobowe w celu:
rozpatrzenia reklamacji, dochodzenia i obrony w razie zaistnienia wzajemnych roszczeń – podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Fundacji (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
wysyłki informacji handlowych drogą elektroniczną wyłącznie w przypadku wyrażenia zgody przez Użytkownika formularza kontaktowego – podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO),
marketingowych – podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Spółki – marketing własnych produktów i usług (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
sprzedaży produktów oferowanych przez Fundację – podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest wykonanie umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO),

Dane osobowe Użytkownika mogą być przekazywane dostawcom systemów informatycznych i usług IT, działającym na zlecenie Administratora, jednocześnie dane osobowe mogą być udostępniane do innych spółek powiązanych z Administratorem i od niego zależnych zarówno osobowo, jak i kapitałowo, bezpośrednio lub za pośrednictwem innych podmiotów w celu umożliwienia obsługi żądań oraz udzielania odpowiedzi na pytania jeżeli treść zapytania dotyczy obszaru działalności danej spółki z grupy tych spółek.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres niezbędny do obsługi żądania lub udzielenia odpowiedzi przez Polska Organizacja Turystyczna.

Użytkownikowi przysługuje prawo: dostępu do treści danych oraz żądania ich sprostowania, usunięcia i ograniczenia przetwarzania.

Niezależnie od powyższego, w związku z tym, że podstawą przetwarzania danych osobowych jest przesłanka prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora, Polska Organizacja Turystyczna informuje o prawie wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych a także prawo cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie. Cofnięcie zgody nie ma wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

Użytkownikowi przysługuje także prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego ( Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych )zajmującego się ochroną danych osobowych.

Podanie danych jest konieczne do obsługi żądania lub udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie skierowane do Fundacji. Konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych będzie brak możliwości obsługi żądania lub udzielenia odpowiedzi na przesłane przez Użytkownika pytanie.

(“Foundation” or “Administrator”).
The Administrator can be contacted via email: dpo@pot.gov.pl or
by mail to the Administrator’s mailing address: Polish Tourist Organization, 8 Chałubińskiego Street, 19th floor, 00-613 Warsaw. or in writing to the address of the Administrator’s registered office.
The personal data provided by the User will be processed in order to handle the request or to answer the question sent via the contact form – the legal basis of the processing will be the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), the Administrator’s legitimate interest is to enable the handling of requests and to answer questions asked by those interested in the Administrator’s services or products.
The Administrator also processes personal data in order to:
considering complaints, investigation and defense in case of mutual claims – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Foundation (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO),
to send commercial information by electronic means only in the case of consent given by the User of the contact form – the legal basis of data processing is consent (art. 6 section 1 letter b RODO),
marketing – the legal basis for data processing is the Company’s legitimate interest – marketing of its own products and services (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f RODO),
sales of products offered by the Foundation – the legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),

The User’s personal data may be disclosed to the suppliers of IT systems and services who act on the Administrator’s behalf. At the same time, the personal data may be disclosed to other companies related to the Administrator and dependent on him both personally and by capital, directly or through other entities, in order to enable the handling of requests and the answering of questions if the content of the request concerns the area of activity of a given company from the group of these companies.

Personal data shall be processed for the period necessary to handle the request or to answer it by the Polish Tourist Organization.

The User has the right to access the content of the data and to request their rectification, erasure and restriction of processing.

Notwithstanding the above, due to the fact that the basis of personal data processing is the premise of the Administrator’s legitimate interest, the Polish Tourist Organization informs about the right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of processing, which was performed on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) dealing with personal data protection.

Providing the data is necessary to process the request or to answer the question directed to the Foundation. The consequence of failing to provide personal data will be the impossibility to process the request or to answer the question sent by the User.

1. W związku z prowadzoną działalnością gospodarczą Administrator zbiera i przetwarza dane osobowe zgodnie z właściwymi przepisami, w tym w szczególności z RODO i przewidzianymi w nich zasadami przetwarzania danych.
2. Administrator zapewnia przejrzystość przetwarzania danych, w szczególności zawsze informuje o przetwarzaniu danych w momencie ich zbierania, w tym o celu i podstawie prawnej przetwarzania – np. przy zawieraniu umowy sprzedaży towarów lub usług. Administrator dba o to, by dane były zbierane tylko w zakresie niezbędnym do wskazanego celu i przetwarzane tylko przez okres, w jakim jest to niezbędne.
3. Przetwarzając dane, Administrator zapewnia ich bezpieczeństwo i poufność oraz dostęp do informacji o przetwarzaniu osobom, których dane dotyczą. Gdyby pomimo stosowanych środków bezpieczeństwa doszło do naruszenia ochrony danych osobowych (np. „wycieku” danych lub ich utraty), Administrator poinformuje o takim zdarzeniu osoby, których dane dotyczą, w sposób zgodny z przepisami.

1. In connection with the business activities carried out, the Administrator collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including in particular the RODO and the rules of data processing provided therein.
2. The Administrator ensures transparency of data processing, in particular always informs about data processing at the time of its collection, including the purpose and legal basis of processing – e.g. when concluding a contract for the sale of goods or services. The Administrator shall ensure that the data are collected only to the extent necessary for the indicated purpose and processed only for the time necessary.
3. When processing the data, the Administrator shall ensure its security and confidentiality and access to information about the processing to the data subjects. Should, despite the security measures in place, a breach of personal data protection occur (e.g. data “leakage” or loss), the Administrator shall inform the data subjects of such an event in accordance with the regulations.

W celu zapewnienia integralności i poufności danych Administrator wdrożył procedury umożliwiające dostęp do danych osobowych jedynie osobom upoważnionym i wyłącznie w zakresie, w jakim jest to niezbędne ze względu na wykonywane przez nie zadania. Administrator stosuje rozwiązania organizacyjne i techniczne w celu zapewnienia, że wszystkie operacje na danych osobowych są rejestrowane i dokonywane tylko przez osoby uprawnione.
2. Administrator podejmuje ponadto wszelkie niezbędne działania, by także jego podwykonawcy i inne podmioty współpracujące dawały gwarancję stosowania odpowiednich środków bezpieczeństwa w każdym przypadku, gdy przetwarzają dane osobowe na zlecenie Administratora.
3. Administrator prowadzi na bieżąco analizę ryzyka i monitoruje adekwatność stosowanych zabezpieczeń danych do identyfikowanych zagrożeń. W razie konieczności Administrator wdraża dodatkowe środki służące zwiększeniu bezpieczeństwa danych.

1. In order to ensure data integrity and confidentiality, the Administrator has implemented procedures which allow access to personal data only to authorized persons and only to the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks. The Administrator applies organizational and technical solutions to ensure that all operations on personal data are recorded and performed only by authorized persons. 2.
2. The controller shall also take all necessary measures to ensure that its subcontractors and other cooperating entities guarantee the application of appropriate security measures whenever they process personal data on behalf of the Administrator.
3. The Administrator shall on a regular basis conduct a risk analysis and monitor the adequacy of data security measures to the identified threats. If necessary, the Administrator shall implement additional measures to increase data security.

W związku z tym chcielibyśmy poinformować o przetwarzaniu Twoich danych oraz zasadach, na jakich odbywa się to po dniu 25 maja 2018 roku.

Każde przetwarzanie Twoich danych musi być oparte na właściwej, zgodnej z obowiązującymi przepisami, podstawie prawnej.
